You might remember baby Cate’s newborn portraits from around a year ago (posted on my old blog.) Well, here is the whole family in a family portrait session, around a year later. Can you believe how much the cute kiddos have grown?

If you live in the Seattle area, you’ll remember our record breaking temps that far exceeded 100! Well, of course the family shoot was scheduled around that same time. Still, they were all troopers, and we captured many fun-in-the-sun family portraits that they’ll cherish for years to come! Here are some favorites from the portrait session.

This next shot makes me laugh, cause it reminds me of one of those suped up car commercials. Such a boy shot! Love it.

And not only is Cate walking but, as this portrait shows, she would rather spend her time showing her independence, walking away from everyone else. 🙂

I love the look on Cole’s face in this next one, and the fun part is that I didn’t even tell him to do this! What a perfect little model. 🙂
